Vendor Terms

Effective Date: 28/02/2026 1. Partnership Scope Vendors may resell or promote Violet Unlimited services under agreed pricing structure. 2. Compliance Vendors must: Follow Meta & WhatsApp Business policies Avoid spam marketing Ensure client consent collection 3. Branding Unauthorized use of Violet Unlimited branding without written approval is prohibited. 4. Payment Terms Vendor commissions or margins will be as per agreed contract. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. 5. Client Responsibility Vendor is responsible for their client’s compliance and conduct. 6. Confidentiality All technical, pricing, and platform details must remain confidential. 7. Termination Agreement may be terminated in case of policy violation, fraud, or misuse. 8. Dispute Resolution Disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
